The Better RSS Widget grew out of a need to have all links in the RSS feed open in a new window, a feature sorely lacking in the core code of Wordpress. This plugin adds a new widget allowing you to set default options for the widgets, and the ability to override each option when adding an RSS feed to the sidebar.

- Includes all the features of the built in RSS widget.
- Adds the ability to set the link target so articles open in a new window.
- Adds options to add nofollow links to items.
- Adds the ability to set the length of the post excerpt and the text added to the end of the excerpt.
- Adds the option to display the post time with articles.
- Adjust the cache duration to allow more frequent updates (Wordpress has a 12 hour cache), or disable the cache entirely.
